If he is interested in you and he's introverted maybe you can take a more forward approach. Most guys are introverted around women because they think they don't have a chance, I speak from experience. If you let him know his path is clear and you're single and looking, he may take the bait. If all else fails, throw a brick at him with the words "I want you" written on it.
I've tried that before and it sort of backfired. I'm a bit wary to try it again...I might give that "throw a brick" option a shot. LOL! As if!
