when someone is telling you something, and they are trying to recall details, is looking up a sign of lying?

I watch a crap load of CSI too, but that eye thing isn't always accurate and I think there's a lot more to it....did you ever watch that show lie to me?

not true I've looked at people in the eye and gave them a shit load of detail while managing to be composed and lying

i started seeing this guy and we totally hit it off, i tried to follow the don't call so much rule, so that i don't seem so needy and run him off. but now he's not calling me at all! and if i do call him it goes to voicemail. i dont know what to think because he had told me that he really liked me.

If a girl told me that she didn't want me to call that often, I'd be immediately alerted that she's not that into me, regardless if it's true or not. It would be best if you met him face to face and talked to him about the context of what you ment. Otherwise, your first statement will be fresh in his mind still.

U got one call, leave a message and ask to be called back. Wait a week and try once more, then its over, sorry.
I dont care what he said, or how he made u feel, if he cant get back to u by then HE DOES NOT WANT TO.
If u are STILL unsure the only option left is trying to talk to a mutual friend to see if u can learn something u did not know.

no i mean i did'nt call him that much, i didnt want him to think i was desperate. i had read this relationship book and it said that if you call too much guys think that your not a challenge enough. i dont know how true that is. im just getting out of a long relationship so i'm not sure about the dating rules

It wouldn't be seen as needy, unless the guy was a douche bag; I would have saw it as a sign of interest. Unless you were doing the creepy stalking thing, where the know the person's schedule, and text them every hour, when you just met them. Exodus' advice is more sound than mine. Try it out, and he may respond.
